A Barcelona-based Australian travel writer that’s lived abroad for half a decade. Successfully navigating the travel industry, my passion for culture, language and adventure seeps into all aspects of my work. They say to do what you love, and that’s my mission.
This website captures all outlets close to my heart, from travel, health and fitness, to environment and sustainability, hoping to inspire and connect with others.
Growing up in Australia, it ultimately dawned on me that we were on the other side of the globe. Thanks to my family, I was fortunate enough to have taken extensive road trips throughout most of tropical Northern, Eastern and Southern Australia, immersed in adventure, hiking and swimming across our unique continent.
Back in my teenage years, I embarked on a school expedition to Italy and France. From that point onwards, it was more than safe to say that a curiosity to explore was embedded deep within.
Over the past decade, I have travelled through Fiji, Hawaii, New Zealand, Bali, Thailand, Greece, Italy, Malta, Andorra, Croatia, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, and of course, Spain, where I have been living for the past five years.
Fundamentally, moving abroad has broken me out of a perceptual prison; my entire sense of reality was questioned. The evident shock in contrast between culture and language ultimately drove me to pursue a full-time content creation and a travel writing career.
For the past five years, I have banded with big-name travel brands, companies, publishers, hotels and websites to produce written and visual work. Alongside freelancing and writing, I dabble in some photography and videography too. Many of the images on this webpage are straight from my camera roll!
I do believe that wherever you go is a part of you. We belong to the land, and with that comes some sort of innate, primitive sense to explore the revelling realms of our unique planet.
